Dr Ledivia Strauss

Dr Ledivia Strauss is a general practitioner with a special interest in functional, integrative and aesthetic medicine. After completing her MBChB (Medical) degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 2004, she initially had an interest in anaesthesiology. After completing her post graduate diploma in anaesthesiology in 2007, her life took an unexpected turn when she moved to France with her husband who was a professional rugby player at the time.

After working in different health sectors in France and obtaining her two year post graduate diploma in Mesotherapy at the University of Bordeaux, she saw the ever-lasting need for women to become healthy from the inside out.

Dr Ledivia believes in helping people get to the root of their medical concerns and not merely masking symptoms. She has a passion for educating and empowering her patients with the knowledge and tools they need to become the healthiest they can be. Her greatest interest lies in the areas of healthy weight management, detoxification, gut healing, metabolic and hormonal health.

In her free time, Dr Ledivia leads a very balanced lifestyle. She loves French cooking, trail running and spending quality time with her beautiful family.

Living abroad, Dr Ledivia attended numerous international congresses, workshops and trainings in aesthetic and anti-ageing medicine all over the world.

Her studying continues as she strives to keep up to date with this ever-evolving field of medicine.

Dr Rolene Strauss

Rolene is a mother, wife, graduated medical doctor, Transformative Self-Confidence Coach, author, entrepreneur, business woman, Miss South Africa 2014 and Miss World 2014.
Rolene faced many a day where society’s version of the perfect woman measured all aspects of her being. She lost her self-confidence and when it finally broke her, she prayed, travelled, studied and did months of research to equip herself to say; “No Perfect, you can’t steal my Self-Confidence.” She shares the challenge of constantly being measured against perfect with thousands of women and is on a quest to call all women to stand up and say “No, Perfect” together.

In 2017, Rolene released a one of its kind Spoken Word Album called “Secrets to My Growth” where she shares practical tips and secrets to a more productive, purpose driven and joyful life.

Rolene launched her daily devotional “Reflections from the Heart” on the 1st of October 2019 in Afrikaans and English. Within the pages of this special book, she shares 365 days of reflection, motivation and inspiration to a more self-confident and happier you. You are bound to find your true identity while reading and working through this daily devotional with Rolene.

In 2019, Rolene commenced her master’s degree in philosophy, Management Coaching at the University of Stellenbosch Business School and her passion for coaching has grown leaps and bounds ever since.

Natasha Oberholzer


Natasha is a light-hearted, professional and ambitious dietitian.

She was raised in a beautiful small town Mossel Bay in the Garden route. After graduating from her studies from Stellenbosch University 2016 and completed her Community Service Year at Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital, she remained in the Mother City, Cape Town, where she continues to experience life and to achieve her goals.

As a dietitian Natasha believes in optimal health and wellness, to adopt a sustainable healthy lifestyle for the prevention of diseases of lifestyle. She is committed to studying on an ongoing basis to keep up with new research and development.

She is passionate about helping people and has an interest in nutrigenomics, gut health, diabetes, and weight management. She is confident to treat your individual nutritional needs on a consultation basis.

Chanel van Sittert

Office Manager

Chanel van Sittert is a beauty therapist with a passion for holistic treatments. She graduated in 2013 with three years Diploma in Somatology, specialising in Aromatherapy and Hydrotherapy. After her studies in Stellenbosch she went on to work on five-star international cruise lines such as Carnival and Celebrity Cruises.

When returning to South Africa, she became an Assistant Manager at a Spa in Paarl where she broadened her knowledge in holistic therapies.
While being in the spa industry for 8 years, Chanel realised that there is a huge gap in the market for representation and protection of the women within the health and beauty industry. This prompted her decision to start her Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organisation Psychology, with the aim to close the gap by protecting and guidingwomen within our industry.

Amelia Coetzee

Dermal Aesthetic Therapist

Amelia grew up in a small town in the Western Cape, Clanwilliam. Growing up she knew she wanted to work with people and help them become the best possible version of themselves.

After she matriculated in 2017, she decided to pursue her passion for health and wellness and enrolled at Isa Carstens Academy in Stellenbosch where she successfully completed her diploma in Somatology and was awarded with an International Qualification from CIDESCO and SAASHP. Following this Amelia elected to continue her studies by commencing with an Advanced Diploma in Dermal Aesthetics.

Amelia is dedicated to providing only the best for her patients and her passion shines through in her work.

She enjoys meeting new people, learning new skills and expanding her knowledge on all aspects of life.
